On the level of the third floor of the tower hang three bells. The oldest is the Nowak bell, sometimes also known as the New Bell, dating from the 14th century. Another bell is known as Goworek or Gasiorek, dating from the mid-15th century. The third bell bears the name “Maciek” and was cast in the Gdansk workshop of Michal Reinhold. It was commissioned by the Bishop of Cracow, Andrzej Trzebicki, in 1669.
We are all well aware that to enter this Cathedral can not be without emotion.
